Western Africa is a region that contains many different types of land. It is home to the largest rainforest in the world, the Congo Basin, and has a population of over 400 million people.

There are over 2,000 languages spoken in Africa and Nigeria has around 500 of them. The provinces of Cameroon and the Democratic Republic of the Congo each have more than 200 languages. There is certainly much to know and explore on the African continent.
